Estate of Jesse J. Tribble v. Andrew J. Whittaker, Jr. et al

The firm, with attorney Tom Peyton of the Peyton Law Firm in Nitro, West Virginia and Bart Durham, Blair Durham and Bob Whittaker of the Law Office of Bart Durham in Nashville, Tennessee represented the Estate of Jesse Joe Tribble in a wrongful death action in West Virginia against Andrew J. Whittaker, Jr. and the Estate of Brandi L. Bragg, deceased.
On December 26, 2002, Jack Whittaker won the largest Powerball Lottery prize in history: $314.9 Million Dollars, receiving a one-time lump sum payment of $113,386,407.77 after taxes.

The wrongful death suit settled for a confidential amount in March 2007.
