Our firm was the first to file electronic companion briefs on CD-ROM in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court in the Middle District of Tennessee.
We were also one of the first law firms to file an electronic brief with links to the record, citations, cases and authorities in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals when the Sixth Circuit adopted new rules calling for e-filing of appellate briefs.
