David Anthony Smith

David is a thoughtful and thorough personal injury attorney at DRS Law. He helps families that have been unfairly harmed, whether by a serious accident, dangerous product, or a company’s wrongdoing.

He draws on his talent for compelling storytelling and deep understanding of the law to get the best results for his clients.


Before joining DRS Law, David worked at a nationally recognized law firm in Atlanta, defending large corporations and insurance companies. He learned how insurance companies evaluate serious personal injury cases and now uses this knowledge to help individuals instead of corporations. David has tried several cases to verdict and appeared before the Georgia Supreme Court.

David joined DRS Law in 2020 and regularly handles matters in Georgia and Tennessee. His practice focuses on trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and other kinds of personal injury cases.


Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife (Caitlin), his daughter (Isabella), and their golden retriever (Chili). David’s interests include cooking, basketball, music, and yoga.
